What this website stores

This website uses no analytics, no advertising networks and no third-party services. Nothing is loaded from other servers; fonts and images live on this server.

Forms

Registration
Company, name, e-mail, phone (voluntary), which products you are interested in, the hosting you prefer, the number of users and your message. We process this to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Licence request
E-mail address, the product you want and the voluntary details about company, number of users and your note.
Downloads
We log product, version, time, IP address and browser identifier in order to detect abuse and to gauge demand (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

A technical cookie called mgweb protects the forms against submissions from elsewhere; it holds no personal data and is discarded when the browser closes. A second cookie called lang remembers the language you chose. Neither requires consent.

Retention

We keep enquiries while they are being dealt with, and afterwards for as long as statutory retention periods require. Access logs are deleted after six months.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion and restriction of processing, object to processing, and receive your data in a common format. Write to info@moregate-software.com. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.
